Probably a stolen name from the famous Aura meme, Aura Coin is an in-game currency inside Digipaws that can be earned by performing productive tasks like studying, working out, or even quick walks. Each aura coin grants 20 minutes of trash time.
Trash Time is the reward you get for performing productive tasks. Each "Trash Time" lasts 20 minutes, and during this period, almost all the restrictions set up by Digipaws are temporarily lifted.
Quests is the nickname given to productive tasks in DigiPaws. Completing a quest grants 1 Aura coin to the user. Some of the available quests are:

Pushups
Squats
